Conducted in-depth interviews with firm leaders in the U.S., UK, Europe and Australia; analyzed qualitative data; and worked as member of team editing the book authored by Maureen Broderick and published by Wharton School Publishing.

Directed a comprehensive primary research study of the perception and use of consulting firms by senior industry buyers in the U.S. and Europe. Led team in developing research tools, interviewing over 200 C-suite executives across six industry segments, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting findings and recommendations for competitive market approaches to sponsoring clients.

Conducted top client audit for boutique management consulting firm. Working with a colleague, defined project goals and approach; conducted in-person and telephone interviews with multiple users at each of the firm’s most significant clients; developed follow-up plans for each client as well as a summary of overall findings and client relationship recommendations for the firm.

Developed a market strategy for a mid-sized consulting firm positioning itself for a merger or acquisition. Conducted an internal audit and external market assessment; mapped competitive position; and provided detailed recommendations and action plan for market approach and client relationship strategy. Conducted subsequent market position study and developed integrated marketing and business development plans following acquisition of the firm by a major consulting firm.

Developed focused market strategy for New York-based law firm. Led team conducting internal assessment and external client relationship interviews; provided recommendations and mapped strategic approach. Subsequently directed development of specific action plans for key initiatives.

Directed market positioning studies in three regions for international accounting and advisory firm.
